The Isometric Pain Challenge (may 2012)

You must first hold a dumbell side raise for as long as you can, with no movement. Once you fail you have 10 seconds rest and then you start the wall squat hold. Again no movement and hold for as long as you can with your knees at a 90 degree angle. When you fail you then have another 10 seconds rest before you start the press up hold. You must hold the press up position so that there is a 90degree angle in your elbows. Again no movement and for as long as you can. Once you fail on this the timer is stopped and your final score revealed (you include the 20 rest period in the final score).
