A&J BOOTCAMP

3 HI INTENSITY TRAINING SESSION A WEEK Monday /Wednesday and Friday mornings 6am START…. (Yes we know its early but it’s worth it ) 45 -minute sessions

If we haven’t lost you we already know you’re the right type of person to reach your goals with the A&J 8 week transformation boot camp.

Whether you’re a regular Gym goer or you’ve never been in a Gym these sessions are designed to use your body weight and give you an all over work out, whilst interacting with likeminded people.

The Sessions are fun and enjoyable often frantic with expertise from 2 fully qualified personal trainers keeping an eye on your form and technique.

Sessions are fully completed by 7am and you’re ready to start the day safe in the knowledge you have done your bit for the day.
Alongside the Sessions there is a full nutrition plan over the 8 weeks with support from Adam and James as well as a message group for all the members to share meal ideas, plus fitness related information.

There is also a Facebook page with regular updates on training and nutritional meal choice's to add to the ones you already have with the plan, praises achievement both inside and outside the Boot Camp as well as giving the members opportunity to share their healthy meals.
The Nutrition plan is NOT a DIET it's a lifestyle change!!!!!

It’s about making the rights choices with food and we will show you how to make them. We can guarantee you with the choices available you do not need to be eating salad every day or going hungry.

When you sign up for your 1st Bootcamp you are also emailed a series of extra exercise classes that can be done at home (these are also HIIT WORKOUTS), for those that need to do more or if you can’t make it to a session.

The Weight Loses have been outstanding with people’s confidence growing with every session.

We track measurements of all members and track each individual’s progress monitoring changes and offering support and changes for you to reach your desired body. The changes we have seen in previous members have been great to see and the support and praise from the other members is great to hear.

We are very much a team and we push each other on and often to and past the limit to allow our fellow boot campers to reach their targets.
The Boot camps are limited spaces with a vast number of the spaces taken up by previous members. This shows how good these sessions really are.
